March 11, 2007

Ah Hon n Commando went fishing yesterday afternoon. Around 2pm..."Hon" caught a 2kg barracuda with dead tamban as bait. He was trying to unhook it when two lady who was there watching the procedure ask him.."U want to sell the fish ? How much ? Commando over heard it n say loudly...$20.00 dollar. Both lady say "OK" n handed him the money. Madam U need a plastic bag ? Commando ask..."NO"...I don't need it...the lady said. Here it goes...She took the fish n throw it into the sea. Hon n commando was stun for awhile.."Thankyou madam...come more often" Commando reply....hahaha..."Wow"  This type of lady must be there more often...so we will be very hard working changing the bait.

Hahaha...20 bucks is dam good price for that 2kg barracuda. This fish normally not much people like to eat it. The fresh don't really taste nice n it didn't worth much. Places like sibu kelong if they caught it, most likely ended up as salted fish. If without this "good hearted lady" think 5 buck also nobody want.

Must be those animal lovers. Too bad all of a sudden the fish is thrown back into the sea. How i wish if i land a KBL and the 2 lady was there...! P/S: Pay higher price.

I guess he figured that if you can't beat the tree-huggers, make a profit from 'em. Well, as long as the fish lives to fight another day, it's not wasted...but its kinda astonishing to note what lengths these tree-huggers will go to. 20 bucks just to release a fish!
